The information we collect for job seekers may include name, email address, postal addresses, availability dates, photograph, profile description, contact details, previous employment experience, education, copies of any ‘right to work’ documentation which shows your ongoing entitlement to work in the UK (such as passport, visa documentation, national ID and/or resident’s permit), date of birth and any other information required on the registration form.

The information we collect for employers may include name, employer name, employer address, email address, job title and other business contact details of your staffing managers as well as the following information relating to any jobseekers whom you engage:

  • (b) shifts worked
  • (c) skills set
  • (d) employer feedback and ratings
  • (e)timesheet information

Regarding each visit to the app, we automatically collect technical information including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your device to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform;

We also collect information about your visit, including the dates and times you use the app for jobseekers, work opportunities you view or search for page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), methods used to browse away from the page, and any phone number used to call our customer service number; and

We receive information from other sources; and for employers this may include information from credit rating agencies. We will notify you when we receive information about you from them and the purposes for which we intend to use that data.

We will continue to process your information under established legal basis until you withdraw consent or it is determined your consent no longer exists.

If, as determined by us, the lawful basis upon which we process your personal information changes, we will notify you about the change and any new lawful basis to be used if required. We shall stop processing your personal information if the lawful basis used is no longer relevant.
